Finally a natural product that works!

We tried more than one natural flea & tick product and were highly disappointed in their performance. They did not work! We ordered Woof Creek flea & tick defense and are so happy with this product. We live in the south on large piece of property that half is natural with lots of trees. Fleas and ticks are abundant here due to our warmer weather and lots of wildlife. We have deer, raccoons, foxes and many other animals wandering through. This product works!! We no longer have a flea or tick issue! No more itchy miniature schnauzers or us! Thank you for making Flea & Tick defense. So happy to find something that works naturally!

Boo Boo Balm is intentionally formulated a little firmer so it leaves a drier finish and is less likely to transfer oil onto furniture, bedding, or other fabric surfaces. Warming a small amount between your fingers for a few seconds can help soften it and make it easier to spread. We appreciate the feedback!

The second dropper broke a week after I got it

The second dropper broke a week after I got it. The tip just sheared off. The first one lasted about 3-4 months before it just got old. So, you need to be very careful with the glass and they don't last that long. However, it's hard to find this large size dropper. I had to buy a replacement on Amazon and those were quite a bit shorter and took longer to administer the mushroom/fish oil/ water combo liquid. So, I'll keep using it for now since when it's good, it does the job.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear the replacement dropper broke after only a week. Both droppers are the same size and specification, and this is the first report we’ve received of the glass tip shearing off in this way. While glass droppers do require some care, that kind of early failure is not something we would expect. We chose this larger size specifically because it works well with our 4 oz bottles and makes dispensing easier than many standard droppers.

Fits 16 oz bottle perfectly but not so much the 8 oz.

Convenient but some loss due to design, every use!

Hi Darwin, thanks for sharing this. You’re right that the same spout can behave a little differently between the 8 oz and 16 oz bottles. The difference comes down largely to bottle geometry and the way air has to enter the bottle as the oil leaves it. The 16 oz bottle tends to allow that exchange more smoothly, while the smaller 8 oz bottle can be a little less forgiving, particularly when tipped quickly or at a steeper angle. We’ve found that a slower, more controlled pour with the 8 oz bottle helps maintain a cleaner stream and reduces oil collecting around the spout. That said, we don’t want you losing product every time you use it, so we appreciate you pointing this out. We’ll continue evaluating the spout with both bottle sizes.
