A Company that cares about their customers

I have to say this company goes out of their way for their customers. I had bought a wood creek flea and tick small bottle. The spray did not work just woukd leak. I contacted the company to complain and didn’t expect an answer never mind to help me with their product. They sent me a new bottle and apologized for my inconvenience. Now today with all the companies that just want you to buy their product, this Woof Creek is the better company that you want to buy from.

Love these products!

I love that these products are all-natural and don’t contain unnecessary fillers or extra ingredients. I’ve been using Calm+Stress along with the Ashwagandha supplement for almost three weeks, and I have to say, I’m already noticing a difference in my anxious rescue pup, a former puppy mill mama. She seems calmer and more settled, and it’s been wonderful to see the change. Her new brother is also benefiting from a smaller amount, and I’m so pleased to see the positive difference it’s making for both of them!

My pups really enjoy the taste of Flea + Tick Defense which makes it super easy to ensure they are taking the supplement. My 'old man', who is usually a picky eater, tap dances around the kitchen now when I'm preparing their breakfast. I have not found any pests on them lately.

Doesn’t really pour well and drips down

Doesn’t really pour well and drips down the spout making a mess after pouring. It actually takes a few seconds to get the liquid flowing and then it’s a huge rush of liquid. Useless when you only need a 1/8 teaspoon of supplement for a small dog. A pump would be so much better for dispensing this liquid supplement. I would not waste my money again on this pour spout.

Hi Linda, thank you for the candid feedback. We can understand the frustration, especially when you’re trying to measure a very small 1/8 teaspoon serving. The pour spout is intended to help control the oil and reduce drips, but with a nearly full bottle, the flow can sometimes hesitate and then release more quickly than expected.

We specifically chose a stainless steel pour spout over a pump because reducing the oil’s contact with plastic is important to us. There is a bit of a tradeoff there, particularly when measuring very small amounts, and we appreciate you pointing that out.

For a small dog needing just 1/8 teaspoon, our 4 oz Algal Oil bottle with the dropper is actually much better suited for precise measuring. If you’d like to reach out to us directly, we’d be happy to help you with that option.

Flea & Tick Defense

Flea & Tick Defense is a natural component which I prefer since I lost my Roti Doodle a year ago. Chemicals have side affects and I don't feel these are good for health. I've adopted several rescues and believe natural ingredients are the way to go and will continue this routine as long as I have animals. I'm grateful for that spoonful on his food knowing he's protected better! Thank you Woof Creek.

I’m impressed
