Order Minimums + Requirements: You have received an email from bark@woofcreek.com with your minimum purchase requirements, case minimums, and discount % off. Please email gigi@woofcreek.com if you have not gotten this email yet (please check all your email folders) or with any other questions at all!

All Sales Are Final:

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final. *We do not accept returns or offer refunds: Order Errors or Loss/Damage during Shipping issues are detailed below.

Any Issues? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to report the issue.

  • Order Errors:

    • Exchanges to correct an Order error may be processed if there is an issue with address detail, product quantity, or incorrect product type:

      • If Order Error was made by Wholesale Partner when the order was placed, Wholesale Partner shall pay for necessary exchange shipping charges.

      • If Errors in product quantity or type were due to Woof Creek’s shipping and processing department, Woof Creek shall pay for exchange shipping charges.

  • Damage in Shipping: 

    • Contact us within 7 days of order receipt if Damaged order: Photo/documented damage detail must be submitted to Woof Creek for Shipping Insurance to remedy the issue.

  • Lost Shipment: 

    • Contact us if your order is not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe window per your shipping confirmation/tracking link. Woof Creek will be able to submit Shipping Insurance claim to remedy the issue asap.

  • Refused Shipment: 

    • If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, Wholesale Partner is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

  • Net Terms and Tiered Pricing may be available. Contact gigi@woofcreek.com to request.
  • Wholesale Partner pays shipping. We ship via the most affordable, efficient, secure carrier available. If Wholesale Partner has preferred carrier, please contact us at gigi@woofcreek.com to request. 
  • Average lead time is 4-7 business days. Shipping times may vary: Order size, time of year, influx of orders submitted prior, etc. will affect shipping and processing.  Lead time, shipping confirmation, tracking etc. shall be sent through Woof Creek’s system and/or by Woof Creek Team Member during your order process.
  • Online and in-store price parity: Woof Creek’s retail pricing (on woofcreek.com) as posted at date/time of Wholesale Parter’s order placement date must be matched/posted by Wholesale Partner within 30 days of said order date.
  • Wholesale Partners selling via an Online Store must use Product descriptions/images and PoS material supplied by Woof Creek (halima@woofcreek.com.)
  • Logos are property of Woof Creek and use of such for any *other uses to first get written approval by Woof Creek (gigi@woofcreek.com)
  • Wholesale Discounts apply to most Woof Creek products, excluding Bundles, Merch, and Large Value-Sized Refills. Applicable product may change by Woof Creek from time-to-time.

FAQ

What is the shelf life of your product offerings?

Most of our products have a "Best By" date of 2 years from production date. Our products move quickly so most of our offerings are produced on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. 

How do I get Product Descriptions and Images from Woof Creek for our website or to print and present for display at our Brick + Mortar location?

Please email Halima@WoofCreek.com to obtain product images. We also have info graphics available for use on your Socials.For descriptions, our own website has our most current product detail, ingredient list, serving size charts, etc.

Do you offer Net Terms?

We may offer Net15 - Net45 terms, depending on the volume and frequency of a Wholesale Partner's orders Please email lisa@woofcreek.com to request/discuss.
