Shipping Policy
Wholesale Partners are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping charges are calculated after your order is placed and may be invoiced separately.
Please note: Due to our current checkout system, your order may display “Free Shipping” at checkout. This applies to our retail (DTC) storefront only. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping, and applicable shipping costs will be invoiced separately once your order is processed.
We ship using the most efficient and cost-effective carrier available. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us at bark@woofcreek.com prior to placing your order.
Lead Times
Typical order processing time is 7 business days. Timing may vary based on order volume, seasonality, and product availability.
Shipping confirmations and tracking details will be provided via email.
All Sales Final
All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Order Errors and Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect product, quantity, or shipping details), we will work with you to resolve it.

If the error was made at the time of order placement, the Wholesale Partner is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

If the error occurred during Woof Creek’s fulfillment process, we will cover the cost of correction and reshipping.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting bark@woofcreek.com.
Shipping Issues
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos/documentation. We will submit a shipping insurance claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Shipments
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe based on tracking, please contact us so we can initiate a shipping insurance claim.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered, the Wholesale Partner is responsible for both original and return shipping costs.

Retail Pricing Policy
Wholesale Partners are required to maintain price parity with Woof Creek’s retail pricing (as listed on woofcreek.com at the time of order placement) within 30 days.
Online Sales & Brand Assets
Wholesale Partners selling online must use product descriptions, images, and point-of-sale materials provided by Woof Creek. Please contact bark@woofcreek.com for more information.
All Woof Creek logos and brand assets remain the property of Woof Creek and may not be used outside of approved purposes without prior written consent.
