My Golden loves these and so do I

Not sure how it’s wrapped inside- but clearly uncapped or broken. Please advise.

Hi Karen,

We’re sorry that two of your bottles arrived damaged. We’re glad we were able to connect with you replace the two damaged 16 oz bottles with four 8 oz bottles at no charge.

We do intentionally package our omega oils in glass rather than plastic. Omega-3 oils are particularly sensitive to oxidation, and glass provides an excellent barrier to oxygen while also being non-reactive with the oil. For us, that makes glass the better choice for protecting the integrity of the product during storage, even though the tradeoff is that it is unfortunately more fragile during shipping.

Of course, that doesn’t make a damaged delivery acceptable, and when something like this happens, we want to make it right.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to do that.

Woof Creek Customer Care

Most Cost Effective High Quality Algal Oil!

Love the large bottle for my multi-dog household so I can give them the best quality Omega 3's to support them as they age without breaking the bank. I keep it in the fridge and have confirmed with customer service that if you use it within 3 months after opening, you don't have to worry about oxidation.

Thanks for choosing our Algal Oil for your pups! We appreciate you and all you do for them🐾💛

Love the Algal Oil!

I use the algal oil for my two senior dogs to support their skin, joints, brain, and kidneys. I love that it’s a clean and sustainable alternative to fish oils to supply DHA and EPA

Diane, so happy to hear your senior pups are enjoying the benefits of our Algal Oil! Thanks for trusting in our product!

I am THRILLED about finding Woof Creek!

I could NOT be more thrilled to have discovered Woof Creek and their high-quality Omega-3 fish oil!

I’m deeply committed to healthy feeding, high-quality supplements, and working closely and collaboratively with my wonderful veterinarian, while also following the guidance of Dr. Judy Morgan.

The quality of this product is outstanding! From the amber glass bottle to the freshness of the oil, every detail reflects an exceptional level of care and quality. I also want to commend the Woof Creek team for their thoughtful answers, guidance, and support as I navigated my needs for my pups as a new customer.

It’s refreshing to find a company that truly cares about both the quality of its products and the people and pups who use them.

BRAVO, Woof Creek! You’ve earned a very happy and grateful customer! 🐾❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so happy to be able to provide wonderful Pet Parents such as you with the best quality products possible. We appreciate you so much for choosing Woof Creek and we are always here to support you and your fur family in any way we can!

The packaging and the spoons they send to use to measure are very helpful. We are trying them with one of my dogs who is having some rabdom allergies. So far so good

Marcela, so glad to hear you're loving the convenience of our spoons! Thanks for giving our products a try, and please keep us posted on how your pet does with them🐾💛

This works great for my dog that is unable to use

This works great for my dog that is unable to use fish oil!

Deborah, we are so happy to be able to offer a fish-free alternative for your pup! Thanks for choosing Woof Creek!

Finally a natural product that works!

We tried more than one natural flea & tick product and were highly disappointed in their performance. They did not work! We ordered Woof Creek flea & tick defense and are so happy with this product. We live in the south on large piece of property that half is natural with lots of trees. Fleas and ticks are abundant here due to our warmer weather and lots of wildlife. We have deer, raccoons, foxes and many other animals wandering through. This product works!! We no longer have a flea or tick issue! No more itchy miniature schnauzers or us! Thank you for making Flea & Tick defense. So happy to find something that works naturally!

Rebecca, it is so amazing to hear that our product has made a difference for your sweet Mini Schnauzers! Thank you so much for trusting in our natural product!

works great on ticks and fleas..ingredients are what I want to give my dogs..highly recommend

LuAnna, so happy to hear the Flea + Tick Defense is working well for your pups! Thank you for all you do for them!

Love the smell of this balm. A little hard to spread on areas.

Thank you, Jody! We’re glad you’re enjoying the Vanilla Mint scent. Boo Boo Balm is intentionally formulated a little firmer so it leaves a drier finish and is less likely to transfer oil onto furniture, bedding, or other fabric surfaces. Warming a small amount between your fingers for a few seconds can help soften it and make it easier to spread. We appreciate the feedback!
